 The System Packaging CH4500 Series Automated Packaging System is called “COLD/HEAT” or “CH” because it uses both COLD FUSION and Heat Seal technologies. Together they produce a unique variable length mail order fulfillment package that is securely sealed, easy to open and easy to re-use for returns.
 This new system is ideal for packaging a variety of small items such as DVDs, prescriptions, nutraceuticals, electronics and jewelry that need extra protection. The items and invoice are inducted at the top of the machine by dropping them into a special funnel matched to your particular products. Once sealed, the package is labeled and scanned to verify that the correct shipping label was applied to the package. A scale can be easily integrated to create a complete semi-automated weighing, packaging and manifesting pack station. Unit speed is between 10 and 20 packages per minute depending upon machine configuration.
