A Flexible And Efficient Heat Seal Automatic Bagging Solution For Various Order Fulfillment Applications The MAX™ I/P 20 is a flexible, wide automatic bagging system for efficient and quick order fulfillment. At speeds of 8-15 packages per minute, depending upon configuration, product mix and data transfer, this system is well suited for many order fulfillment applications. By positioning the direct thermal imprinter directly over the next bag to be loaded, the MAX™ I/P 20 prints and indexes in a single step...virtually eliminating bag waste and product queuing. The next-bag-out technology ensures accuracy and efficiency in packaging applications that require frequent product and label changeovers. The MAX™ I/P 20 can be utilized in the standard Scan-Print-Pack-Seal™ configuration, or integrated with a variety of productivity options, such as weigh scales, bar code scanners, laptop computers and stand-alone keyboards. This operator friendly system can be fully integrated with shipping and order management software for next-bag-out, 1:1 fulfillment packaging and shipping.
